We collect personal identity data (name, contact details) and sensitive health data. This includes dietary logs, medical history, blood panels, and metabolic markers provided during your consultation preparation.
Data is gathered through our secure intake portal, direct video consultations, and diet diary tools. We do not use third-party data mining or purchase datasets from external providers.
Processing & Legal Grounds
NutriHungary processes your data under the GDPR framework, primarily on the basis of Consent for nutrition coaching and Contractual Necessity to provide the services requested. Sensitive health data is processed under Article 9(2)(h) regarding the provision of health or social care.
Retention Standards
Client records are retained for the duration of our professional relationship plus five years, as required by local Hungarian professional liability regulations. Anonymized data may be used for internal statistical analysis to improve our dietary protocols.

We do not share your health data with insurance companies, employers, or third-party marketing firms without a specific legal mandate or your directed request to share reports with your primary care physician.
